We got a new Lennox A/C unit (inside and outside) installed today. Our old unit was 18 years old. Charles III diagnosed the bad outdoor unit last week. And today...loved the communication and install work done by Charles II . He went the extra mile. I definitely would use them again.

Terrible company to deal with. They are quick to take the appt and show up and collect their service fee, then its like pulling teeth to get them out to finish the job. Promises, no shows, etc.. then they flat out lied to our warranty company after they clearly told us they had the part they needed, but when we complained to the warranty company and our warranty company contacted them, they told the warranty company the part was on back order. Their response (when we finally got one) was they had emergencies and those appts. come before us. When asked whenight we expect them... no response! This was a month ago they first came out and took our money. We ended up going with another company and guess what..... they diagnosed our issue WRONG!

Stay away from this company. My experience has been awful. Lack of communication, actively avoid communicating with the, I have been ghosted 3 times by this company. I stayed home from work only to have no one show up, tried calling to find out what is going on only to be sent to voicemail every time. They then respond the next day. This company does not respect its customers nor their time costing pto days.
