Mike was going to replace my HVAC motor for me. He sent me an invoice for $700 for the part, I paid it, and then never heard from him again. My texts wouldn't go through, calls went straight to voicemail. He totally ghosted. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe something happened, but after reading reviews here and other places, this seems to be a common occurrence. This guy is a scammer/criminal - don’t use him.

Mike, my service technician was excellent. He Explained the issue and the cost to fix these issues. He reached out to my Home Warranty to see if they would cover all cost. And of course they didn’t but that’s a story for another day. My experience with this company overall was stellar.
