Technician Kirby did a great job on inspection of the water heater and checked the plumbing in my house. He explained clearly and through all of the work that he did. That’s very helpful to me and I must said he did phenomenal job. Thank you Kirby for your service and keep up the good work.

It really took a lot for me to leave this review. I’ve been really contemplating on if I should even leave it, but I think this is the best time a few months ago I have visited my grandma at the my grandfather passed and try to help her get the house together seeing that she would be alone. One of the issues she had was with her AC/heating. I Called this company to get it checked out and Jake came out. I think his last thing was like Connor or Conley . I honestly don’t remember. Anyway, I met him. He seemed really nice and not only did he give me his number. He fixed the AC/heating so I thought. It worked just fine for a few days but then blew right out not too long after. To be honest me and him hit it off and he seem nice he came back to not only fix the Ac/healing but to see me if you get what I’m getting at long story short….he gave me herpes…not only did he give me herpes my grandmas heating and ac had went back out weeks after but I was too embarrassed to reach back out also some money and my grandma jewelry came up missing which I really didn’t care about the money but that jewelry my grandfather bought for my grandmother and it was some of the few things she had left of his I confronted him about the everything and found myself getting cussed out and blocked….i don’t want the whole company to be in trouble for something one sick Individual did but I couldn’t hold it in anymore. Please be aware of him when sending out technicians. I know I have to take accountability on my actions as well but I don’t want any other vulnerable women getting taken advantage of by this man. Please keep the money, even keep the jewelry just be a better person and do your job!
