The control unit for our A/C system went out and based on the numerous highly positive reviews, we chose All Brands to help us troubleshoot and repair the issue. Upon our first communication with Steve over the phone, we knew we made the right choice. Steve was wonderful from the get-go, keeping us informed on when he would be arriving, informing us of what the repair costs would be and what the plan of action would entail. From start to finish, Steve was a joy to interact with. He obviously loves what he does and share his knowledge about his craft. He answered all our questions and was able to get our A/C control unit replaced within the same day. He also took the time to inspect our filters and replace them as well, and then inspect the A/C unit itself to make sure it was truly running well.
