Pleasant experience overall. Allan arrived on time and was very proficient. Extremely friendly and replaced the broken part very quickly. I would clearly recommend Allan and his company to anyone needing a dryer or any other appliance, as I don”t think you’ll be sorry you did. .

This was my first time using them and possibly my last. They were way too pricey. The service technician stated that the "Motor Coupler" on my washer went out, he stated that he had the part on his truck and he could repair it immediately, for $428.00 minus thee $100.00 for the service call! I reluctantIy agreed because I had loads of clothes to wash! I researched the part while he was downstairs fixing it ( Which took 15-20 mins to finish) I found it brand new at Walmart for $14.95 and on Amazon $20.00. I immediately called the pricing manager, so he could explain to me, what guide they use to determine pricing. Basically, he stated that the technicians can set their own pricing!😳 This is so wrong, I felt as though I was robbed. There is no way anyone could convince me that repair should have cost that much! I would have been okay with $200.00ish but not $328.00! I am not a happy customer. I feeI that they need to create a price guide which includes all make & models, parts and a repair guide that outlines how long it should take to replace any given part. Ex: "Car mechanics determine pricing primarily by combining standardized labor guides (booking times), the cost of parts, and the shop's hourly labor rate. This method ensures consistent, competitive pricing while covering overhead costs and technician expertise." I WILL NOT BE REFERRING THEM TO ANYONE AT THIS TIME.😭

If I could give zero stars, I would. All American Appliance Service, LLC attempted to charge my household $711 for a repair that turned out to be nothing more than two hair ties and a Q-tip head blocking the washer’s filter trap. Here’s exactly what happened: A technician came out, spent a few minutes pressing buttons, barely inspected the machine, and told my wife that three major components had “failed”. The drain pump, the control board, and the pressure switch. He claimed all three had to be replaced and that the parts would need to be ordered. His estimate: $711, on top of the $100 fee we had already paid just for the visit. No physical diagnosis was performed. No disassembly. No inspection of the filter area. He didn’t even unstack the dryer to access the machine properly. We decided to investigate on our own before committing to that bill. With some guidance from ChatGPT, we opened the washer ourselves. In less than two hours, we discovered the actual problem was a small clog in the filter trap that any competent technician should have checked first. We removed the blockage, cleaned the housing, put a few screws back in, and the washer has now run eight full loads without a single error code or issue after months' worth of intermittent issues. Nothing was broken. It was just a clog. The technician’s diagnosis wasn’t just wrong — it was wildly irresponsible, and in my opinion, an obvious attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs to the tune of $700+. Had we trusted their word, we would have wasted money replacing perfectly functional components or buying a new machine completely. You deserve better than this. If you’re reading this because your washer is throwing a drain error, check your filter trap before paying hundreds of dollars for imaginary failures. And based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding All American Appliance Service, LLC altogether.
