Technician carried out a thorough exploratory diagnosis and advised me of the parts which needed replacing asking me each time if I wanted the part replaced. He even checked with another technician on his phone of the problems for advice on what needed to be replaced. No time wasting and completed the work satisfactorily in a timely manner.
