Been using air now for over 15 years and LOVE the fast and great service they provide every time i need them. Andrew distaffen was the technician who came out and found the problem quickly and had us back up and running with ac again. Will continue using air now and only them.

Had a whole house water softener installed. The process was a pain in the rear end. Really poor customer service. The technician was given the wrong parts for the installation on Friday. Completed half install and completed the other half on Tuesday. They did not check the hardness level prior to installation and post installation. No communication as to what to expect during installation. I have reached out two days in a row to speak with their ops manager Kevin. Failed to call me back. Would not recommend them for any service in the future to anyone.
