This review is for the branch in Milpitas. I emailed Aircom Mechanical ask to come by and replace our Thermostats with the one with wifi capability because the old thermostats that they installed for us is still in warranty and it broken (5 years warranty. This is only less than two years). They send someone to my office Charge me $400 just to come by just to give me a quote (I got this invoice after another invoice $760 for replacing the Thermostat). I end up paying over 1000 for a themostats. One of the guys showed up, said, he will replace sometime today if he have the part, never show up later. Two weeks later someone showed up to replace my thermostat. Be careful with this company, they will charge you for estimate. 15 minutes estimate but you will get charged for 2 hours and travel charge for estimate too.
