Air Tactical HVAC Services

This is my 2nd review for Air Tactical since we ended up deciding on installing a new boiler. George and Nick are absolute pros! The new piping coming out the boiler is awesome! Everything looks so clean and the boiler sounds great, looks great and best of all it’s heating better than ever! I know this winter we will sleep warm and it’s all because of George and Air Tactical for coming through for us when we needed it most. We HIGHLY recommend these guys for anyone looking for a solid HVAC crew that actually cares and wants to do a great job for their customers. Thanks a lot guys, you crushed it!

I found Air Tactical HVAC through Yelp/Google reviews and had a great experience. I originally called just to replace my oil boiler’s expansion tank because I thought it was full and causing a leak. George quickly identified that the real issue was the pressure reducer valve and walked me through why it mattered. Since the boiler had to be drained anyway, he pointed out a few aging components that would likely become problems later and gave me the option to replace them proactively. He also checked my refrigerant levels and, after the boiler work was done, took the time to go radiator by radiator in my main zone to make sure everything was heating properly. Then he went through each ceiling vent to confirm the AC was putting out cold air. My systems are older overall, and George didn’t rush anything. He explained how everything works, what I can do for basic maintenance, and what to watch for. He also laid out clear paths for future system upgrades so I have a plan in place instead of being caught off guard. Professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend George. We have been having issues with our furnace for a few years where it would start blowing cold air when outside temperatures would become cold. We had asked other companies and they would always change out parts but the problem never stopped. When George arrived he first explained how the system works. He tested what error code was being given and then explained what things could be causing this issue. We started off with the cheapest and most obvious solution, which was to open all the cents which fixed the problem. At no time did he try to sell us any services we did not need. He was honest, communicative, and cery knowledgeable. Thank you George!
