My name is Jose luis Pelayo and I would like to say about Rodolfo Alonso that he has an excellent experience with my AC . He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. His work was clean and efficient, and my air conditioning is now working perfectly. What I appreciated most was his honesty and attention to detail. He made sure everything was running properly before leaving and answered all my questions with patience. MARIO !!!! Remember this name!!! Do NOT let him into your home. Especially if you have a baby. This technician has been to my apartment FOUR TIMES already because every single time he rewired or touched the thermostat, something new broke. Wrong wiring. Wrong readings. Low battery warnings. Temperature lower than settings, then higher. AC never stable. Very important: He NEVER shows up with tools. No thermometer to check real temperature. No airflow tools. No humidity meter. Nothing. Just guessing on the thermostat screen and saying “it will stabilize”. Since the brand new AC installation, my apartment has been cold AND extremely humid (around 60%+) for over TWO WEEKS. This is Florida. AC is supposed to remove humidity. It never did. I kept telling him the thermostat does NOT match reality. I kept asking him to measure it. He never did. I have an INFANT. She is sick runny nose, coughing, skin problems. Temperature and humidity are CRITICAL for her right now. She was left living in a cold, very humid apartment for weeks while Mario kept saying it will “normalize”. It never did. On his FOURTH visit, things escalated. He reset everything to factory mode, stayed only a few minutes, did not measure anything, and tried to leave again while the AC was unstable. When I asked him not to leave until it actually works, he got offended and said: “If you don’t trust me, I’m leaving.” And he left anyway: • AC running nonstop • temperature dropping below settings • humidity still high • thermostat reset • no Wi-Fi / no phone control • nothing confirmed fixed I followed him into the hallway crying, holding my baby. Neighbors later told me they heard me crying and were worried enough to ask if they should call the police. After this, I spoke to the OWNER of the company. He yelled at me on the phone, would not let me speak, and immediately took Mario’s side even though he was NOT there. Suddenly they say Mario “felt unsafe”. The technician abruptly attempted to leave mid-job, leaving critical work unfinished, while I was holding my baby. His actions created distress and an unsafe situation for me and my infant. When I followed him asking him to finish the work he was paid to do, I was crying not threatening. Only after I expressed that I no longer trusted his work did the company suddenly claim he “felt unsafe.” That narrative is not only false, it is retaliatory. A crying mother holding a baby is not a danger abandoning a job in a home with an infant is. When I contacted the owner for help, instead of de-escalating or taking responsibility, he screamed at me and defended the technician, further escalating the situation. This company chose to protect itself rather than acknowledge the distress and risk they caused to a mother and child. Unsafe from what? A woman holding her sick baby asking him to finish the job he was paid for? These people now know they are exposed big time because of the infant!! They even suggested I should buy a portable dehumidifier instead of fixing a brand new AC system. This is not bad service. This is reckless and irresponsible. Please protect yourself. Do not hire this company. Do not let Mario into your home.
