I recently had a fantastic experience with Luquire, and I wanted to recognize the excellent service provided by their technician, Blake. He quickly repaired a broken flange and went above and beyond by performing additional maintenance and carefully caulking the toilet. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he completed everything in an impressively short amount of time. What really stood out was his professionalism—he arrived right on time for an appointment I had only scheduled the day before, and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find service like that. Luquire has consistently been a great company to work with, and this experience only reinforced the trust I have in them. Hired luquire to clean and tune up our A/C unit for the summer. Very happy with the service, technician was on time and polite. Cleaned the indoor and outdoor unit and made sure they were in good working order. And most important, no scare tactics to try and upsell services or products. Also gave us a free filter for the AC. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had a great experience with this HVAC company from start to finish. Lee Grimes was excellent to work with he answered all of my questions and always reassured me that if I needed anything, I could call or email him at any time. That level of communication really gave me peace of mind throughout the process. On the day of installation, the technicians Toby, WJ and Ronald were all amazing. They were professional, polite, and very thorough. They addressed every concern I had during the installation process and made sure everything was done correctly. Before leaving, they took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service. What really stood out to me was the follow-up. About two hours after the installation, Lee personally called to check in and make sure everything went well. He again reminded me to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.
