This is our 2nd time using air authority, first time using them for electrical services. Zach was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and get the work done under strict time restraints due to the pending sale of our home. Tina was also very helpful and did a commendable job. I would like to express how very pleased I was with the A/C Tech, Isaac Gomez. He was professional, courteous and most important very detailed. He also took the time to answer and explain any questions I asked him. He has been here before and each time, same quality service. Great all around service starting with the office staff. They call clients with reminders of any upcoming service due on unit. Staff is always professional and friendly as well. That is equally important!

Just had a person come out and look at my AC furnace for a diagnostic. They originally told me yesterday that they might not be able to squeeze me in today but if they could, then I would just get a phone call in the morning. So I said OK no problem. They called me and said a technician was on their way and I said great! The technician got here he was professional, very personable knowledgeable, and didn’t try and rip me off of anything. However, there was a $90 diagnostic fee that I was completely unaware about that the lady on the phone did not tell me about so I was left to pay this $90 that I had no idea I was going to be forced to pay and luckily he didn’t need to do anything, but it would’ve been nice to have a heads up because I probably wouldn’t have made the appointment had I known it was gonna be $90
