We’ve worked with Air 24/7 ever since we bought our home over 5 years ago and they have always been great. We called them yesterday as we developed moisture around the base of our unit. I had an amazing experience with Air 24/7 after my AC suddenly went out (and in Florida, going without AC is not an option 😅). Hunter, the sales rep, was fantastic from start to finish. He called ahead, arrived promptly at 8 a.m., quickly diagnosed the issue, and walked me through all of my options with zero pressure to purchase. Everything was straightforward and transparent. No haggling, no surprises. I received four other quotes, and Air 24/7 was by far the best price while still offering high-quality products and service. Hunter also understood the urgency of the situation and got everything moving quickly for same-day installation. I ended up replacing my AC and going with a Rheem system (15.2 SEER) to take advantage of their 0% financing for 60 months for this specific unit, which was incredibly easy to sign up for. Miguel and George handled the installation and were excellent. My home has very high ceilings, and the air handler is about 12 feet up in the attic, but they expertly removed the old system, installed the new air handler and outdoor unit, handled the permitting, walked me through everything, and made sure all paperwork was complete. They stayed to fully test both the heat and cooling to ensure everything was working properly before leaving. What really stood out was their professionalism and care. They even cleaned everything up afterward without me needing to ask, which feels rare these days.
