Quick Answers

Where can I find commercial HVAC contractors near New Orleans?

AHG Services, LLC is a commercial mechanical contractor based in Kenner, LA, serving New Orleans, Metairie, Jefferson Parish, Mandeville, Laplace, and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius. The company handles commercial HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, refrigeration, and life safety systems for healthcare, foodservice, and institutional facilities.

How much does a commercial HVAC unit cost?

Commercial HVAC costs vary widely depending on building size, system type, and project complexity — factors that differ significantly between a hospital pharmacy and a commissary kitchen. AHG Services, LLC provides project-specific quotes and can be reached at 504-267-3800 or Info@ahgservicesllc.com.

How long do commercial HVAC systems last?

Commercial HVAC systems typically last 15–25 years depending on equipment type, maintenance frequency, and the demands of the facility — a 24-hour healthcare environment like Ochsner places heavier wear on systems than standard office use. AHG Services, LLC brings over 30 years of commercial mechanical experience to help facility managers plan maintenance and replacement cycles appropriately.

About

AHG Services, LLC is a Kenner, Louisiana-based commercial mechanical contractor serving the Greater New Orleans metro — including Metairie, Jefferson Parish, Lakeview, Mandeville, Laplace, and both the Northshore and Southshore — within a 25-mile service radius. The company operates across the full spectrum of commercial mechanical trades: HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, medical gas, backflow prevention, life safety systems, negative air systems, and design-build mechanical construction. This breadth makes AHG Services a single-source resource for complex projects where multiple mechanical systems must be coordinated — an operational advantage in large healthcare and institutional builds. AHG Services' completed project portfolio includes work at Ochsner Kenner, the Gayle & Tom Benson Heart and Valve Center at Ochsner, Tulane, HCA, a USP 800 pharmacy, Cox Communications, and a DN MSY commissary kitchen. These are demanding environments — USP 800 pharmacies require precise negative pressure and air quality controls, and cardiac care facilities carry strict life-safety compliance standards — reflecting the company's capacity for high-stakes mechanical construction. With more than 30 years of combined industry experience, AHG Services applies a design-build approach that integrates engineering problem-solving with field execution. Facility managers in Jefferson Parish and the broader New Orleans region can contact the team at 504-267-3800 or Info@ahgservicesllc.com to discuss project scope and obtain a quote.
