the office staff and crew member i spoke with were very nice and helpful. they ended up having to take our door frame off to get the water heater out and they did a great job with that. price for all of the work was also extremely fair. i took off a star though bc they didnt properly cover the floor and got dirty water stains on our entry rug and the porch/driveway (had to pressure wash to get rid of), left mud/dirt from shoes on stairs/working area/bathroom rug and floor, and left the upstairs toilet unflushed after being used. having to spend an hour cleaning up after them at 33 weeks pregnant was not appreciated.

ACC came recommended from several of my neighbors and they weren’t wrong. Quick and reliable service with honest technicians who were thorough in explaining the issue. Would recommend to anyone in the Auburn/Opelika area experiencing HVAC issues

Please read before calling someone else. I have been using Ray and his company for years for multiple different projects with plumbing and HVAC. This past Sunday, my tankless water heater stopped working. Since ACCS Is closed on Sundays, I called a big brand company. I told them before they came that I knew what the issue was and the part that was needed and I didn’t want to pay the $200 weekend fee if they didn’t have the part on them. They assured me they most likely had the part. They showed up and quoted me $900 to replace a $50 part and said it would take 10 days to order. They also highly recommended I Have them replace the $2000 water heater for which they were going to charge me $9000. They wanted me to not want to wait 10 days for the part so I’d go with the new unit. I texted Ray since I have his personal number and he Told me that he could have his crew out first thing Monday morning to replace the part and it would only cost $200, and he had it in stock. Apparently these Big companies like to scare people into replacing their units and way over charge them. Ray and his crews are completely honest and would highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC and plumbing.
