Advanced Mechanical Services LLC

On 11/03/2025 my tenant called to say he was without heat. Due to retirement, I was without a contractor. Based on reviews, I called Advanced Mechanical and Max came out that afternoon, he determined the problem and then went to Hartford for the part. By 5:00 PM my tenant had heat. Max explained the problem and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend Advanced Mechanical.

These guys are AWESOME!!!!!!! I had an appointment for service with another HVAC company for the 5th of November that had been scheduled for over a week, on the 4th of November I received a text informing me that they couldn't provide service that day and their next available appointment would be November 28th. I told them NO that wasn't acceptable. I called ADVANCED MECHANICAL and explained my problem, they were at my house within the hour!!!!!!!!! Found the problem and fixed it the next day. Advanced Mechanical was the company who installed my furnace 8 years previous . I did a search on Google and accidently called the wrong HVAC company by mistake. Beware, the Google search no longer brings search results up in alphabetical order. Thanks to Dawn, Evan and Henry for their excellent service.

Our previous HVAC company was sold to a large conglomerate, so we switched to Advanced Mechanical Services (AMS). We have been very pleased with AMS. Their front office is a pleasure to deal with, and they have been very responsive to both our routine and more urgent service needs. We recently needed to replace our aging gas-fired boiler and based on our experience with AMS we did not hesitate to engage them for this purpose. Shawn the sales manager presented us with multiple options for this project and answered all our questions regarding these choices. The installation crew from AMS did a great job in replacing our existing boiler with a high effciency condensing boiler which requires a more complex installation. Their work was performed in an expert and timely manner, and they were happy to explain what they were doing and answer any questions. Shawn even arranged to be present for the inspection to close the work permit performed by the town. Based on these experiences we highly recommend AMS for any HVAC services you may require.
