Advanced Air Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration

With summer quickly approaching, I tested my AC unit and found that it wasn't blowing cold air. I discovered Advanced Air through a Google search and noticed they had great reviews. When I called, the operator was very nice. He listened to my issue, scheduled an appointment, and explained in detail what to expect during the technician's visit. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable, and clearly explained my options and the associated costs. While the price was higher than I expected, the service was excellent. They couldn't fully diagnose the problem during the first visit, so they scheduled a follow-up appointment with clear next steps. The second technician who came out was also highly knowledgeable and successfully fixed the issue. I highly recommend them for their excellent service

First I have to say I was amazed to get an appointment very quickly. My former A/C company went out of business. I just googled and found Advanced. I saw they had so many great reviews. The day of my appointment the service technician called because they had some cancellations and could come earlier. He was prompt and very friendly. Rich C was very attentive to the service of my unit as I had explained I had a prior service that wasn’t done properly with my former company which resulted in me having to buy a new unit. He was respectful of my home and property. We had a nice conversation while he was here and the job wasn’t rushed. I will definitely recommend Advanced to others I know for hvac service

Have been a customer of Advanced Air for over 25 years they are a great company.After 20 years our gas furnace needed to be replaced. Alvin and John came and removed the old one and installed our new furnace. They were great from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend them for any heating system problems.
