My biggest mistake was calling Advance Refrigeration & Ice Systems, Inc.. Their customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. They charged a $136 travel fee, which is unbelievable. When I questioned it, they claimed it was mentioned in their PDF, but there was nothing clearly stated about this charge. After that, I sent an email to their accounts team asking for clarification, but their response was very unprofessional and they showed no courtesy toward customers. It honestly feels like they charge every customer these hidden travel fees. This kind of service and attitude is unacceptable. After this experience, I can understand why their ratings are so low. I strongly recommend people stay away and find a more honest and professional company.

I called them only for service my ice maker. There guys started diagnose and left me with totally broken ice maker with$588 invoice. They sent me estimate $2100 for fix my ice maker. I should never call them for service. Please, don’t use them
