Matt was wonderful!! Very helpful and did a great job to get our unit back up to running!! I also asked him to install a thermostat I had bought that was not previously discussed and he was more than happy to install that. We couldn’t be there when he came, but we were very comfortable with him doing what needed to be done.

Everyone that came to my house was awesome! They did a great job installing my unit. Very professional and courteous. Shout out to Wyatt, he saw something on the pictures that he took that needed tweaking and he came back to fix it. I would recommend them 100%.

Two years ago we used Adams and had a new system put it. 8 days ago our air quit working. They claim to be open 24 hours. They aren’t. It’s an AI answering service. I called on Sunday, and had not heard anything back by Tuesday, so I called and was told they were busy, they would call me back. To their credit, they did. Adams sent a man and looked at our unit. After charging us $100 to tell me that my 2 year old blower fan was bad, it has now been 6 days, eight days from the original call, and we were told that it might be fixed tomorrow. No temporary units were offered. I have been told by 2 other pros that a week to fix a blower fan is unacceptable. That’s my current experience with Adams.
