Adams Refrigeration

Two years ago I chose Adam’s Refrigeration and a 5 ton Carrier infinity unit. Awesome unit!! Halved our electric bill with a 22 SEER rating, Totally worth it. I got the service partner right (Adam’s), excellent people that care about the relationship which is rare nowadays. They come out twice a year for three years as included in the price and make sure your unit is ready for cooling or heating season. Every tech have been certified with Carrier and have great communication skills. Rex answers when I call and we have a great interaction and not rushed off the phone or connected to another extension. Kirby was my tech today and as a young professional, he impressed me with his ability to engage and build confidence in someone new to me. He put on booties, talk to my wife and provided his action plan before crawling into the attic. He provided a filter change that we had waiting and went over pictures of the unit levels inside and outside units. Because my wife was on a business call, he invited me outside to go over the findings which was all was good. He took time to answer questions I had about his professionalism and how impressive he is as a young communicator. Kirby, you have a bright future and we need young leaders in this world like you.
