Action Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Electrical

I didn't recieve service, but still relevant for an interaction. Just a thank you for having courteous drivers out on the road. Took 12 people to listen to my turn signal, you know how it is downtown. One of your guys finally let me in .5 blocks from missing my turn entirely. I appreciate it!

Company left backhoe in my back yard for days and over a weekend when no one was working. Tore up my yard.(I was not having the work done) When they called about the issue. I was offered no fix to the problem and felt like I was the issue. Disrespectful company that doesn’t care for its surroundings (Update) the OWNER of ACTION PLUMBING showed up after I’d contacted the local police department. After claiming I knew nothing about easements and acting like a total jerk. The backhoe was moved. However, the owner was in fact the one who didn’t know his facts. I live in the near south area. I contacted the county assessor. I was informed that there are NO easements registered in this area. So these companies have NO right to destroy residential properties or even access them with permission from the land owner. If you live in the same area and have been affect by these guys. You have the right to ask for repairs to your property. DON’T LET THESE GUYS THROW THEIR IMAGINARY POWER AROUND.

Big shout-out to the team who installed our new dishwasher this week! We hit an unexpected electrical issue, but they handled it quickly and professionally. Really impressed with their skill, communication, and great service. Highly recommend!
