Lloyd and Nick did an awesome job. The whole process was quick and efficient, and they left everything clean when they finished. My new water tank is working perfectly, and they were even able to replace it in a very limited space. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience with Action Mechanical Services. Nick came out to check our water heater and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident about the condition of our system. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them!

Service request started March 17th through American Home shield for my water heater. The pipe burst and flooded out the furnace ignition and also the water heater igniter. Lloyd and Nick were dispatched and let's start off by saying that Lloyd K and Nick are great technicians but the service was not too great for my own personal experience. Single woman who owns a house and has no clue of anything so I was relieved to have these two men assist me with the main issue which was fix the pipe. Nick also relit my furnace for $50. The furnace was not included in AHS service fee of $125. Now the problem I had was the longing of completing the service. The unresponsive or delays of returning my calls. My tank is still under warranty through Rheen. I trusted AHS and Action mechanics through this process until it was 3 weeks into the order. On April 6, after Lloyd left from my home after trying valve number 2, I decided to call Rheen to inquire why all the trouble shooting and not just replace the tank. This was the 3rd service visit from Action mechanics and was told by AHS I will have to pay $680 to replace the water heater. On April 6th, Rheen granted approval in 10 minutes to replace the tank. I'm confused because why didn't both of these companies who I am paying for service didn't come to this resolution 2 weeks ago. With that being said, I personally did AHS and Action Mechanics job and hired a local company to remove my tank, take it to home Depot in Belleville and replaced my tank in a total of 2 hours. I'm upset more with myself for not knowing better but you live and you learn.
