Absolutely unacceptable. Action Commercial Services charged our credit card without ever providing a single service. We were told they would call an hour before arriving—no call, no confirmation, no technician communication whatsoever. In the meantime, our issue was resolved by someone else. When their technician eventually showed up (unannounced), we told him his services were no longer needed. That should’ve been the end of it. Instead, they charged us anyway. No work done, no contract signed, no confirmation of anything. Just an unauthorized charge and a refusal to refund it. To make matters worse, they lied about having “confirmed” the appointment. There was no call, no email, no text—nothing but an invoice and a headache. Shady business practices like this should be a warning to others. Avoid at all costs.

Thanks Tanya for not giving me the time of day, even after I’ve told you my business depends on your company you work for to simply certify a great workng & clean deep fryer. I frown on businesses like this that are allowing employees to pick and choose what they’re able and unable to do with out any care or efforts on the phone, before knowing much about their potential new customer. Businesses attitudes have changed, and this is absolutely one of them that is changing the place we live in for the worse! Zero care, zero empathy, zero customer service. No references for anyone else that could help, and wouldn’t even service the machine through a business established as another customer that has done business with you for years. 👎🏻
