He was organized and clearly determined to figure out my 50 + year old commercial oven problem-even though he had never worked on such an antique. He patiently and calmly fixed it! First person in 25 years to take the time to fix this beautiful old appliance. Very thankful and will definitely recommend this individual.

Came to fix my commercial deep fryer. He didn't even know how to turn it on and off. Spent an hour reading the online instructions. Suggested a fix that clearly was not going to work. He gave up after a while and charged me $280 for showing up. Poor kid was over his head. I took an educated guess and ordered a thermostat on amazon and replaced it myself. Couldn't believe it was that easy. This company needs to take "Commercial" out of their name.
