Neil and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, even if I had a very strict timeline to get this AC unit installed and furnace replaced, since I will have guests very soon. Neil always answered every question I had in the span of a few hours or even minutes, and he also sent three installers to finish the job in one day rather than two, so I wouldn't have to cancel my plans. I really appreciate all the effort and hard work put into my project and I definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Want to give a big shout out to Action for their assistance at getting heat again in my condo! I worked with Taylor and he was able to fix the issue that other top tier HVAC companies in the area couldn’t. His knowledge was one thing that stood out impressively but it was his conduct and keeping me in the loop the entire way that was beyond! I really appreciate the time and effort he put in to ensuring that I had a working heater. I spoke with Deb on the phone and she made me feel like I was a VIP and assisted in making everything a smooth process. I highly recommend going with them and not somebody that is easily impressed but they know their stuff and delivered! Go with Action and have no regrets!! :)

This company has fallen off. Can’t get them to return phone calls or even get an install scheduled. Forced to use another company because of their lack of “action”. The prices weren’t even that good. I don’t know where the positive reviews came from, they probably paid for them, but if you want a new hvac system, go somewhere else before you have to chase this company down for every little thing. They apparently don’t need your business.
