ACS- Air Conditioning Specialist

I had a great experience with Matthew the air conditioning specialist. He arrived on time, he was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the my unit. he took the time to explain everything which I really appreciated. The repair was done efficiently, and my AC has been working perfectly ever since. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC service and will be using them again in the future.

Danny was very responsive. Water Furnace is in a very difficult location and he addressed the main problem with servicing the unit. Will have to develop a plan and pricing to allow access to the blower for.a thorough cleaning. I'm not happy that I can't talk to the tech directly by phone since we were away at the time - he called me, but my return call goes back to the office and a menu driven system. He was alone under the house in a confined space and I wanted to check on his welfare and give him history of this unit since this is the first time he has seen this unit and its unique installation. Thanks, Danny. No price has been quoted for today's service nor the needed follow up work. [UPDATE] Upgraded to 4 stars because of the technician's focus on customer service and explanation of any remaining problems. Also, invoice was received shortly after posting original 3 Stars. One part replaced was charged by the company's "book pricing". Suggested to local office that pricing should be better itemized to separate labor and parts so the paying customer can better understand their pricing. In particular, a price of $621 to replace maybe a $100 part, that maybe took an hour to access and assess, and 20 minutes to replace. Withholding one star due to pricing breakdown and inability to contact the technician directly since we were away and he was alone with a unit that is difficult to access in the crawl space. Would use ACS Augusta again.
