Enrique is a lifesaver. Our A/C broke down just at the beginning of a heatwave. It turned out to be a complicated issue that took several days, testing and research to get fixed, but Enrique welcomed the challenge and kept at it until it was resolved. I like that he explained every step of the process to and even demonstrated all the testing to us. In the end we were not only very pleased with their service but also were left much more knowledgeable of the equipment we have in this house. He also guarantees his service!
