I just want to take a few minutes to leave a review which is sumthing I usually don't do but the experience I had with this particular ACME store was very upsetting as a consumer. Yesterday my cousin had called the store to inquire about a part I needed for my AC unit my cousin spoke to someone that quoted a price over phone . Well fast forward to today I couldn't remember the price so I called into the store myself and a man named Tony answered. Well this person proceded to tell me he couldn't quote ANY price over phone Unless I had a account. I explained that yesterday my cousin called into the same store off Choctaw and he was quoted a price by a man with no issue .I told this man Tony this and he snapped back at me in a very loud tone and I quote,"I CANT SELL U OR GIVE YOU ANY PRICE FROM MY STORE WITHOUT YOU HAVING A ACCOUNT!" so I by this point just wanted to know why yesterday my cousin was told a price .And I asked him for his name which he replied very angry Tony and I asked if he mind giving me his last name just so I could ask my cousin if that's who he spoke to and this employee hung up on me. I was shocked at the customer service and the complete rudeness from this man. Not sure if he is the manager or owner or what but me and my husband own a construction company and have several rental properties that this company could have had a great working relationship with in the future but now there is NO WAY I would ever by anything from this particular store . I hope he Learns to speak to a potential customer better and work on his communication skills more .Not saying All these stores are like this a matter of fact I did call a Seperate ACME store. And was helped instantly so not sure what Mr.Tony's issue was.

With all do respect i do not appreciate the disrespect from your employee Jimmy last name unknown but the Unnecessary attitude was not called for i came in there to get a simple part i understand there may be computer issues but he did not have to raise his voice at me and quote for quote GET OUT, exactly what he said to me i am not mad i just dont understand why jimmy had to be that disrespectful.
