Acker Heating & Cooling

Lightning took out my HVAC system along with other electronics on a Sunday evening. I called Acker on Monday morning, and they had someone at my house within a couple of hours. He found the problem but could not get the repair/replacement started because the Insurance company had not inspected it yet. It took over two weeks for the insurance company to approve the replacement. Upon approval (Friday), I contacted Acker and told them. They had a 3-man crew out on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon I had a completely new HVAC system. The young men were very courteous and professional. It was obvious that they knew their jobs. After installation, the guys at the office helped me right up documents and lists that I turned over to my insurance company. Those documents helped persuade them to pay for a complete system instead of repairing the old system. I cannot thank the office staff enough for putting up with my constant questions. I would recommend Acker for your A/C service.
