AccuTemp Refrigeration

This year AccuTemp has serviced and repaired both our A/C and Swamp Cooler. Most recently we had a new filter grate for our cooler installed in our hall ceiling by our service person, Randal. we appreciate and trust him. Randal is always effecient, competent and a great communicator who fully represents the qualities we value in this great service company. We have been an AccuTemp customer for many years because of their honesty, integrity and 5 STAR service. The service they have provided include a ne w cooler, a new A/C and maintenance and repair of both; always satisfied.

Albert was my technician from AccuTemp. He arrived promptly for the biennial maintenance on my A/C. He was friendly and polite. He explained everything thoroughly. He cleaned the coils and checked to make sure everything was in tiptop shape for the hot summer that is just around the corner. I purchased my AC unit from AccuTemp in 2020. I sign up every year for the annual maintenance program. I am very pleased with the great service I get from them.

My ac was not blowing cold and Accutemp came out at 10:30pm on a Friday night to check it out. There was a leak and the gas was almost gone. They added gas but it didn’t last. They came back on Saturday with a portable ac to help keep one room cool until I could get a new system on Monday. Everyone was so nice and respectful and got the job done efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
