Hands down one of the most professional, organized and responsive service provider that you can have for your business. Reasonably priced in the most expensive area to do business. Their Techs are very punctual, honest, professional and have great communication. I use their services for my company that struggled with HVAC problems for years due to extremely old units. The team at Accel air systems continues to support their repairs and we had very few issues the past year due to their experienced, thorough Techs and their great back office support. I use their PM contract service for quarterly inspection and replacing of minor parts like belts and filters. The Techs are always inspecting very thoroughly and finding problems that could cause a full out of service situations. Since we are a sales office, we can not have HVAC breakdown while our customers are in the office. Accel air made that happen for the last year. Even in the scorching hot summer day their Techs will show up and do the needed predictive repairs. I highly recommend to use for your business and I look forward to working with them for many years to come. Thanks AccelAir systems for keeping us and our customers warm and cool.

We had a good experience with ACCEL. The office was overheated and the PM called a company that was not able to diagnose the issue and then called in renforcments. When ACCEL arrived they asked a couple of questions and then went to the roof and quickly found the problem. While the part was not in stock they were able temporarily resolve the cooling issue and schedule a time to come back to finish the repairs. THANK YOU!!!

My property management company contracted Accel to repair a water leak to my store. Accel quoted $1,465 on 08/29 for the leak repair work which I approved to proceed with the work. Accel did the on-site repair work on 09/07 and confirmed the leak was repaired. However, we noticed the leak still there and Accel came back on 09/11 to correct the leak completely. Post the work, Accel sent 3 invoices: Invoice #1 for $1,465 (matched with the original quote) Invoice #2 for $615 (not approved or authorized by me) Invoice #3 for $1,492.50 (not approved or authorized by me) So basically, the same leak repair work cost went from the quoted $1,465 to $3,572. In their original quotation, there was term of "After completing the repairs, if we find that additional repairs are required during the operational checkout, they will be quoted at the time of discovery." However no new quotation was provided, but the huge invoices after the work! Accel did not even provide the service warranty regardless how many times I asked through my property management company or directly through Accel. I am sharing my experience with Accel here so other customers may take cautious on those "unexpected charges". I would not recommend this company at all!
