Shane did an excellent job performing PM on my AC unit. He felt that the unit was overcharged with freon.No one has touched this unit since AC Mechanical installed it in the fall of 2023. Shane informed me that recovering the freon would be approximately $200. I feel that your company should assist in covering part of this added expense. Thank you, Doug Calhoun

Mike ended up doing most all the work. Had to make 2 trips to town to get parts he didn't have on his truck. He promised when he started that everything would be operational before he would leave. And it was !! Mike is very knowledgeable about his work,and takes Pride in his work. He explained to me about the operational of the on demand hot water heater.
