ABC Mechanical has become a trusted partner for our condo. Their preventative maintenance program has helped reduce emergency calls and improve overall system reliability. We have had a ton of money spent by the association with a previous vendor and rarely went smoothly. ABC Mechanical performed a free building assessment and gave us a report that showed all of the flaws and multiple units that need service. I was very surprised to see the list, especially since the last contractor was supposed to do preventive maintenance on our units. Apparently that was not happening as they indicated. We received photos and videos from ABC Mechanical showing the issues and even the mess the prior contractor left behind. To say that we are not happy with previous contractor is an understatement. ABC Mechanical technicians are professional, clean, timely, courteous and didn’t bad mouth the previous work. Instead thoroughly explained how it should and will be approached properly, both short term and long term. We finally feel confident in the work that is being performed thanks to ABC Mechanical.
