AAA Furnace & A/C

The technician, Rob C, called ahead to provide an ETA and arrived on time, which I greatly appreciated. Rob was knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the furnace and AC unit and did whatever he needed to do. After the process, he explained everything he did. He also told me that my AC was low on Refrigerant. He was so helpful; he called one of his coworkers right away, and asked if he could stop by, confirm his diagnose, and possibly take care of the issue. In a very short time, Eddie and Benny stopped by to check my AC just to make sure Rob’s diagnose was correct, they also noticed the AC refrigerant low. After explaining the issue to me, they filled the AC unit with additional refrigerant and suggested keeping track of it to see if there’s a leak which will mean the unit needs to be replaced but we hoped that would not be the case😊. Eddie seemed very, very knowledgeable and Benny was right there with him. I really appreciated they communication/explanation of the process. They were very professional and yet friendly and courteous. They did not try to sell me any extra service or product as other companies do. Overall Experience: I highly recommend AAA Furnace/HVAC to anyone in need of heating or cooling services. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Kevin came out and did a wonderful job fixing our AC unit when we were in desperate need during this past heat wave. Great guy, explained things thoroughly and helped us get back up and running. Highly recommend AAA and would definitely request Kevin next time we need their help.
