A1 Refrigerators

Emmanuel says many people say they will post a review then never do. I was almost one of those since this happened a couple months ago. So, here is my review: When I went to Emmanuel's store for the refrigerator I saw on FB Marketplace, it was available but I saw a bigger, newer one that I chose instead. He delivered it the same evening. Within two or three days I noticed not all shelves froze food. He came out the same day and worked on it. But after a few days the same was happening. He said he would refund my money and pick it up because he had nothing in comparison to replace it with. My money was back on my card even before he picked up the freezer. When he came I told him I would rather he just fix it but he said if freon was leaking, it would be hard to find where so could keep happening. To begin with we had him haul away an old one in the garage that wasn't dependable. He didn't even ask for reimbursement for doing that. Home Depot charges $50 to haul off an old one even when you buy a new one with them! We felt Emmanuel was very honest and pleasant to work with. Hopefully we do not need a deepfreeze any time soon since we just went ahead and bought a new one, but if we need a refrigerator or additional appliance, we will go to Emmanuel first.

Emmanuel is super kind, super professional, and knows his trade inside and out. In the chance you have something pop up with one of his refrigerators, he will work tirelessly to make it right. No clue what people are carrying on about in the negative reviews... he truly brings an old-school level of pride and customer service that is rare nowadays. Skip the competitor ("scratch and dent") shops that are twice the price and a fraction of the give-a-darn. Emmanuel is your guy.

Emmanuel is extremely kind and professional. We've gotten several refrigerators from him and the one time we had an issue he brought us a loaner refrigerator while he fixed it. He delivers and hauls away.
