It’s not good to have to heat go out when it’s way below freezing! My friend Mike suggested I call Roth. Best recommendation ever! They came immediately and it was up and running within the hour. But after much discussion I decided not to trust this thirty year old furnace. They came up with a plan and four of their technicians quickly had a new unit in place. The price, attention to detail, communication and professionalism was excellent! I’m so very grateful.

I have worked around job sites with AN Roth for nearly 20 years and observed the professionalism of both their install and service staff. We recently had the need to replace both of our 1st and 2nd floor HVAC units at the same time. Richard educated me about the available options and tiers of equipment. The install crew was courteous and careful in our interior spaces. Everything was done very professionally and with great attention to detail. The cleanup was great and our new systems are performing to all of the expectations that were set. I am very pleased with the whole experience. We are struggling to heat a barn that has two RVs stored in it and has had a heating system installed by AN Roth that is not even 6 years old. Initially they were great with the system in our home but we asked them to put a system in our barn and another one in our second barn. First barn system had to be replaced after just 7 years. The second system…a split unit is supposed to be keeping our RVs above freezing temperatures and has broken every winter for the last three winters..it is only 6 years old..1500 invested every time it breaks and this time it has been broken for 6 weeks…now we have snowmeggedon happening and it still isn’t fixed..Philip..one of the owners told us he doesn’t know what to do….we are plugging in electric heaters to keep the barn at 40 degrees..but they have had 6 weeks to do something and haven’t..so disappointing…as for response..it is not true that you charged nothing. We ended up paying over 500 for Josh and his initial trip…and every year since this first occurred in 2023 we paid over 1200 to get the system up and running again.. as for ice and snow…our side until is underbroofnoverhang..right where you advised us to place it…New HVAC provider said there was no sign of any ice or snow damage…your lack of response at the time through six weeks of bitter cold cost me almost 1,000 in electricity costs…why didn’t you return the unit to Bryant and have them provide a unit where compression fittings didn’t leak..very poor service all around for a long time customers…also I checked with my husband ..you sent Josh out for the initial visit and then Scott..one time each ..not 5 visits
