Really enjoyed working with Ken developing a plan for installing a complete hvac system (furnace, ductwork, air conditioning). We had a lot of unusual challenges because the building envelope went across both gables and flat roof, limited space in the mechanical room, and really limited space in the attic. The first time we met - we were just getting bids - he spent several hours with us anticipating and troubleshooting each of these and other challenges. Very creative and has the 'talking with a real person' sort of customer service we like with a contractor.
