To make matters worse, they count every minute the technician spends on-site, including time spent on small talk, at a rate of $3.77 per minute. Additionally, I discovered they charge for transportation time to my location without prior notice, inflating the labor costs significantly. In another case, I was billed for a technician to be present during a visit where they were not even needed, and I was charged again for adjustments that were never performed—only testing and recording were done. Despite providing clear evidence, including security footage, and making multiple attempts to resolve the matter fairly, the company has been unresponsive and continues to justify their excessive charges with vague claims about being a union company. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to exercise caution. Be prepared for unexpected charges and a lack of transparency in their billing practices.
