It took a while to get parts, but tonight Kassym & his partner quickly fixed my washer, with explanations. Reasonable price, I would recommend their service.

The service fee was very reasonable and I appreciate how it will be removed if it requires a bigger scope. I appreciate the technicians not trying to spend more than necessary and was able to make the determination between fixing vs buying a new appliance. The technician and help center were both very helpful and responsive and answered right away. They gave 30 min notice before arriving there and spent time to talk through the issues. I really appreciate them!

⭐ Updated Review (4 Stars) Update: A+ Appliance Repair reached out after my initial review and refunded my $79 to make up for the inconvenience. I appreciate the gesture and the way they handled the follow‑up. While my original experience wasn’t ideal, their response showed they do care about customer satisfaction. Updating my rating to 4 stars based on how they resolved the issue. ================================================== I hired them to diagnose and repair my Samsung FlexDry, and the experience wasn't great: 1) The technician arrived late, 30 minutes after the 9:00 - 12:00 window provided (although they gave me a heads up, still a bummer) 2) The quote was significantly higher than expected for a basic repair (replace the drum rollers) 3) The final price was far above what most local providers charge for the same service (and A+ Appliance Repair demands 50% to be paid upfront) 4) After doing more research, I realized many of these repairs can be done safely as DIY with the right parts 5) I paid the $79 tech visit In my case, I ended up completing the repair myself for a fraction of the cost (parts: $35 vs. $500 quote - parts & labor included). I attached a picture of the replacement kit I got from Amazon (now replaced, to know drum rollers, belt, idler pulley), and yes, one of the rollers was broke, but all these items can be easily replaced. The dryer is running perfectly now. I'm not saying they can't do the job - but based on my experience, I'd recommend getting multiple quotes and checking whether the repair is something you can handle yourself before committing to their price.
