Very disappointing, unprofessional experience from start to finish. I hired this company to address a drainage warning on a Miele dishwasher. The visit cost over $300, but the exact same problem returned immediately on the next cycle. What concerned me most was that the technician did not seem familiar with Miele machines and was asking me questions about how parts fit together. Later, office staff acknowledged that the technician “doesn’t know Miele dishwashers” and that someone else should have been assigned. The follow-up service process was even worse. I scheduled a warranty appointment and was given a 10am–1pm arrival window. After nobody arrived, I called and was told the technician had already been there around 11:30am. That was untrue (I was home and security cameras confirmed nobody ever came), and the company eventually admitted the technician never showed up. They then promised another technician later that afternoon by 5pm. Again, no one arrived, and there was no call, update, or explanation. By the next day, they still could not provide a reliable appointment time and expected me to remain home waiting indefinitely for a possible third attempt. Various people gave conflicting answers as to whether an appointment was even scheduled. When I requested a refund for both the failed repair and the extra service contract they sold me, I was told no manager was available to approve anything and that someone might contact me later, which of course no one did. Several unreturned calls and messages later, this is a company to avoid. Between the ineffective repair, missed appointments, lack of communication, and false information about the technician arriving, this was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I would avoid this company.

We had Tyler Bardwell from Action Appliance Repair here at our house, servicing our dishwasher. He was EXCELLENT, very knowledgeable and forthcoming with all the explanations. He also gave us plenty of information on how to maintain the unit and recommended products for cleaning it. There is a 90 day warranty. We have used this company before, and we have found them to be trustworthy. Now, we bought a yearly service contract. - Windsor CT
