We were looking to replace our old ac unit and air handler. We shopped around with several companies. I spoke with the owner Brian, very quick to respond, answered all of our questions. I asked about a few things that the other companies had recommended and he explained how those were upsell items and a lot of companies will do that even when it’s not needed.
